چکیده
The application of nanotechnological innovations to increase the effectiveness bioflavonoid quercetin is considered. ability functionalize with specific ligands that target organs or cells very important because it possible concentration at desired level while reducing side effects. Quercetin, as a flavonoid antioxidant, widely used reduce oxidative stress and activate signalling pathways in cells. However, poor solubility water, intensive first-pass metabolism limits its use. A strategy for development nanocomposites presented, which involves combining obtained from agricultural waste selenium nanoparticles. In vitro results demonstrated quercetin-nanoselenium has high water compared individual flavonoids. It been proven quercetin-nano-selenium nanoparticles are capable 1,1-dipheny l-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals characterized by antioxidant activity. modulation signaling (Keap1/ Nrf2/ARE, Nf-kB, mTOR) important, allows increasing Considering beneficial effects quercetin, developed use deliver controlled manner. Research this direction promising, will contribute clarifying expediency using such nanosystems, have not yet used. onion extracts biotechnology, biomedicine, pharmaceuticals agro-industrial sector can be an optimal solution environmental damage. addition, provide economically determined alternative production feed additives animals poultry. Compounds nanoselenium should take worthy place clinical medical practice, biology agriculture. further enhanced help nanotechnology, effective compound great biological potential. Key words: nanobiotechnologies, waste, peel, l- 2-picrylhydrazyl, antiradical
